spiced cashews

75g/2½oz cashews
25g/1oz butter
1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
pinch ground ginger
pinch ground allspice
pinch paprika

Preparation method
  1. Put the cashews into a dry frying pan and fry over a low heat until slightly browned on all sides.
  2. Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and spices and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour into a small bowl and leave to cool slightly before serving.
